Overview

At ClickZen, we work with trusted US-based suppliers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All products are stocked in US warehouses and shipped domestically — no long international waits.

Please read this policy to understand shipping timelines, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong with your delivery.

 

Free Shipping on Orders $25+

Orders totaling $25.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States and US territories. No coupon code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders ship from US warehouses. The table below outlines our standard shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

 

        Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing

        Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day

        You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier

 

Estimated Total Time to Delivery

Processing (1–2 days) + Standard Shipping (3–5 days) = approximately 4–7 business days total for most US orders. Expedited shipping cuts delivery to 3–5 days total.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting:

 

        The tracking link in your shipment confirmation email

        The carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your supplier)

        By contacting us at support@clickzen.com with your order number

 

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with scan events.

 

Multiple Shipments

Because ClickZen sources products from multiple US suppliers, orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and not an error.

 

        You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment

        There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments

        If you do not receive a tracking number for all items within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us

 

Puerto Rico & US Territories

ClickZen ships to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, and other US territories. Delivery to territories typically takes 5–10 business days from the ship date.

 

        Standard flat-rate shipping of $6.99 applies to all territory orders

        Free shipping threshold of $25 applies to territory orders as well

        Some carrier delays may occur during peak seasons or weather events — this is outside our control

 

Based in Puerto Rico?

We're local too. While our suppliers ship from mainland US warehouses, we are a Puerto Rico-based business and understand the importance of reliable delivery to the island. If you experience any shipping issues to a PR address, contact us directly and we will prioritize your case.

 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ClickZen is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

        If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@clickzen.com within 1 hour — we may be able to correct it before the order ships

        If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense

        If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your building management before contacting us

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

ClickZen is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. However, we are committed to helping you resolve the situation.

 

        Contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date if your package is missing

        We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf

        Resolution may include a replacement shipment or store credit depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation

 

Packages Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

 

        Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before discarding anything

        Contact us at support@clickzen.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos

        We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy
