By accessing or purchasing from the ClickZen website (clickzen.com) or any associated platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of ClickZen. ClickZen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

You agree to use the ClickZen website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

•        Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

•        Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or connected database

ClickZen operates as a dropshipping store. All products are sourced from third-party US-based suppliers and shipped directly to customers. We reserve the right to:

 

•        Modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time

•        Correct pricing errors at any time before an order is fulfilled

•        Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or policy violations

 

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax may be applied where required by law.

 

Price Accuracy If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, ClickZen reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order, even after payment has been processed. You will be notified and fully refunded.

 

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other third-party processors.

 

•        Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from ClickZen

•        ClickZen does not store full payment card information on its servers

•        We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal where available

•        Orders may be subject to fraud review and verification before processing

 

All content on the ClickZen website — including but not limited to the ClickZen name, logo, graphics, product descriptions, copy, and layout — is the exclusive property of ClickZen and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

 

•        You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission

•        Product images provided by suppliers remain the property of their respective owners

•        Unauthorized use of ClickZen's intellectual property may result in legal action

 

ClickZen and its owners, employees, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our products or services.

 

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question.

 

Important Notice ClickZen acts as a reseller of third-party products. While we carefully vet our suppliers, we are not the manufacturer of any product sold. Product defects, injuries, or issues related to manufacturing are subject to our Refund & Return Policy and the supplier's own warranty terms.

 

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ClickZen does not warrant that:

 

•        Products will meet your specific requirements or expectations

•        The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components

•        The results obtained from using our products will be accurate or reliable

 

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors, social media platforms, and supplier sites. These links are provided for convenience only. ClickZen has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site and accepts no responsibility for them.

 

Your use of the ClickZen website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at clickzen.com/pages/privacy.

 

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

 

ClickZen reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
